  • Testosterone is an important hormone for both men and women, helping with energy, mood, muscle mass, sex drive, and overall well-being. When levels are low, you might feel tired, lose interest in sex, struggle to focus, gain weight, or notice mood swings. Men may also have trouble with erections or muscle loss, while women might experience low libido or thinning hair. Keeping testosterone in a healthy range is key to feeling your best and maintaining overall health.

  • Obesity can cause symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, shortness of breath, and excessive sweating. Over time, it raises the risk of serious health issues like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea.
